How to lose weight in 12 days

Exercise is a powerful way to reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease, according to research published Wednesday.

The study, published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine, looked at 1,200 men and women who were part of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, which collects data about health habits, including exercise.

They were followed for 12 months.

The participants were randomly assigned to one of two groups: those who exercised for about a year, or those who did not.

Participants in the first group were asked to do a simple test of physical fitness, while those in the second group did not receive the test.

After 12 months, the men and the women who exercised were still more likely to be classified as having low blood pressure and cholesterol, the researchers said.

But they were also less likely to have any type of cancer, diabetes or heart disease.

For those who had not exercised for more than 12 months and had not met the criteria for a heart attack or stroke, the participants were at greater risk of developing high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease, the study said.

It is not clear how the exercise group lost weight, but the study authors said the participants in the exercise condition gained about 0.9 pounds of body fat compared to the control group.

It is also not clear why the exercise exercise group had less of a risk of having heart disease or cancer than the control condition, the authors wrote.

The findings suggest that people who have lower blood pressure are more likely than those who do not exercise to benefit from exercise, said senior author Dr. John Cacioppo, a professor of epidemiology at the University of California, San Francisco.

“This is one of the most important findings in the study,” Cacioppo said.
