New York magazine published a book called The Cad exercise book, which includes exercises that were taught to students at West Point and other military academies.
The book was written by New York Times bestselling author, author of the upcoming book, The Cad: The Essential Guide to Leadership and the American Military, Cad O’Neill.
It was released in June, but has since been on the bestseller lists for several months.
“I was really struck by the quality of the content,” O’Donnell said.
He was able to take a book written in 1883, and use the techniques and concepts that are still being used today, such as a focus on the physical and mental aspects of leadership.
