Paperkrafters, for all their ingenuity, have one thing in common: they’re good at something.
They are the most popular kind of exercise book in India, with millions of copies sold.
That is no small feat, considering the traditional methods of hand-to-hand fighting, the lack of physical contact, and the lack and unavailability of a lot of other fitness aids.
For that reason, it’s no wonder that Paperkrafers are considered one of the most iconic forms of exercise in India.
They’re also considered the best-selling exercise books of the world, according to a recent survey by Burt’s Bees.
But how can you use the paperkraft to its fullest potential?
